ISKAR presents fixed pedestal type slewing jib cranes as a cost-effective solution for jetties, dolphins and floating docks with narrow decks.
The fixed pedestal type design is a cost-effective solution where the missing traveling motion is compensated by a longer lattice jib and increased number of cranes on the dock. The low maintenance type electro-hydraulic power pack significantly reduces the investment cost per crane allowing to allocate more cranes on a single dock, which allows the shipyard to conduct simultaneously more operations on all over the dock.
In order to prevent the creation and spreading of dust during unloading operations, ISKAR has engineered and developed the “Dust Lock” mobile hopper.
ISKAR DUSTLOCK mobile hoppers are reliable and efficient mobile hoppers with mounted on rubber wheels with jacking system to be parked on special load-bearing panels. The load equalizing framework ensures structural safety, longevity and safe continuity of the unloading operation.
Gangways are the preferred safe and efficient way of crew transfer in offshore and ship to shore operations of oil and gas industry.
Our gangway designs are highly focused on equipment safety, comfort & maintainability. Depending on the location of operation, vessel characteristics, and position. We do deliver tailored products for each customer.
ISKAR proudly offers our double girder Goliath crane, which is designed for one of the largest shipyards in Turkey. The crane has two trolleys with a hoisting capacity of 350 t each and a hammerhead service crane positioned on the fixed leg. The Goliath fully applies to F.E.M. Regulations and latest safety rules & regulations. Latest crane technology is essential as our all products.
Knuckle type jib cranes are very advantageous due to their compact structure which minimizes the space occupied on the platform/deck of the ships. The operation of a folding-jib system is very flexible and changeable. The hook can easily reach sea surface even the wire rope is not spooled off from the drum, which enhances the precision of material handling operation, especially for fishing boats.
These type of cranes have widely employed fishing boats, research boats, engineering vessels and subsea operation vessels. The articulated jib, also named as “knuckle jib” or “folding jib”, can be presented positioned close to the load. This maneuver minimizes the pendulum effect. Moreover, more space on deck will be available for vessels primary operations, since the parking space required for the crane is very limited.
One electric motor mounted vertically in crane column drives the main variable displacement pump. The hydraulic circuit is of open loop type with load sensing feedback control. Built-in heaters in the oil tank and a separate cooling circuit is implemented to ensure cranes operation in severe climatic conditions.
Both pressure line and return line filters include digital clogging indicators. Built in hydraulic oil tank in crane tower together includes fluid level low switch, temperature and pressure gauges with a digital indicator, breather, cover for cleaning, oil level sight glass together with thermometer and heaters.
Distribution of the generated fluid power is directed to consumers by using the “Crane Type” servo-proportional valve. This valve enables independent operation of systems with speed control. Hoisting, luffing and slewing movements of the crane are controlled by joysticks on operator’s console. All movements are proportionally controllable from zero to max speed.
ISKAR introduces to Turkish Market dustless loading spouts for shiploaders, silos and bulk materialhandling facilities. Based on our project history we are proud to conclude that ISKAR Muhendislik Ltd. delivers the optimised solution in scope, fully tested, on time, within budget and ready for operations for years.
Dustless continuous loading chuteas ara able to deliver material up to 1200 t/h. Depending on the material to be handled and amount, ISKAR offers 3 models of loaders 400 / 800 and 1200 t/h.
