Project Overview
ISKAR successfully completed the modernization of a grain ship loader with a capacity of 1,200 tph at Derince Port, Türkiye. The project included the design and manufacturing of a new loading boom, boom conveyor, and dustless loading head chute, as well as structural engineering and modifications to ensure compliance with the revised stability requirements.
As part of the modernization, the existing automation system was completely replaced with a state-of-the-art control system and newly developed software, engineered and commissioned by ISKAR. During commissioning tests, the ship loader's dustless operation was certified by an accredited testing laboratory and further confirmed by a technical report issued by Kocaeli University.
