Our Journey
Founders of ISKAR Mühendislik stepped into the area of material handling machinery design and manufacturing works under the STFA Vinç A.Ş. company. After completing a vast number of projects in and out of Turkey, the founders decided to continue under a new company named ISKAR.
ISKAR Ltd. announces the establishment of its new headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey. The new office has a separate section for engineering and development, backed up with the latest hardware and software technology. The team focuses on developing cost-effective, rail mounted slewing jib cranes, high capacity goliath cranes and reliable floating dock cranes.
Until this year ISKAR successfully completed a number of design and turnkey delivery projects around its region. Starting from 2012, ISKAR focuses on establishing and developing its international agent network, which in return brings new contracts. Throughout this time, ISKAR adds hydraulic deck cranes and related machinery to its equipment portfolio.
As of today, ISKAR covers a wide region starting from the Balkans to Caucasia, the Middle East and South Asia. Through its agent network and successfully completed projects, ISKAR participates in international tenders as a sole manufacturer and turnkey Original Equipment Manufacturer for tailor-made material handling machinery projects.
Having produced more than the required certified cranes still working efficiently in a number of ports, shipyards, quays and dry docks besides floating docks, ISKAR has carried itself as an OEM to the market today. We are proud of this.

CEO & Founder
Graduated from Middle East Technical University. With an engineering background of more than 55 years in material handling systems design, port, shipyard and marine cranes. Worked as General Manager of STFA Vinç A.Ş. Founder and major shareholder of ISKAR Mühendislik Ltd.
Factory Manager & Founder
With 40 years of experience in the crane and heavy machinery industry, Şener Günev was the founder and Factory Manager of ISKAR Mühendislik Ltd. He passed away in 2023, leaving behind a strong legacy of engineering expertise and industry experience.
