Project Overview
ISKAR supplied four fixed-type electro-hydraulic floating dock cranes for Floating Dock Hull No. 01090, located at Baku Shipyard, Azerbaijan. The newbuild floating dock was designed by Seatech and constructed by Gorodetz Shipyard.
Planetary gearboxes are used for the slewing and winch drives. All four cranes have been inspected, tested, and class-certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS).
Stepless variable-speed control across all drives, without compromising operating speed, is achieved through a specially designed hydraulic circuit and dedicated hydraulic control blocks for crane operations.
